Abi Haruna

Abi is a commercial attorney with over 15 years of experience leading legal/regulatory/corporate/commercial teams across EMEA. He has led contract management & negotiations, litigation management, company secretarial and corporate affairs with varying complexity and across multiple jurisdictions.

Abi is also a tech entrepreneur and when not in beta mode, enjoys quality time with family & friends. He is happily married to Amaka and they are blessed with two children.

Chiedu Chike Ifekandu

Chiedu Chike Ifekandu is currently a program Coordinator with Population Council Nigeria. He is a public health expert with vast experience on Key populations, Harm reduction programing, Adolescent and young persons, Gender and new media.
Since 2014, he has been a scholarly member of the International AIDS Society (IAS) and a pioneer Alumnus of Harm reduction Fellowship Ukraine in 2016. He has made oral presentations at various international fora including the HIVR4P and IAS-Conference.

Chiedu holds a Master’s degree in Development communications from Ahmadu Bello University and currently a PhD-Gender studies candidate at the Federal university Lafia. He manages his time off work between Lagos and Lafia teaching and mentoring young aspiring social workers.

Olugbenga Oyeniyi

Olugbenga Oyeniyi is a Personal leadership/Success Coach and the Chief Operating Officer of DyscoverYou International, a leadership, management and human capital development training outfit based in Abuja. He holds a bachelor’s degree in French Language from Ahmadu Bello University and has a vast experience in Basic Education sector as both a trainer and a consultant. He is an NCFE UK certified Life Coach and an alumnus of the prestigious Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy (OLCA).

Olugbenga Oyeniyi has initiated several intervention programs for schools in Abuja notably Christabel Schools, Abuja, African International College, Abuja, Noble Heights Academy, Abuja, and Hasab International School, Abuja. He has facilitated leadership trainings for National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Abuja and Bauchi State. He also lectures at His Treasure Academy, Abuja.
He has a niche for Leadership Development and Personal Transformation. He is the founder of the social media movement called Deliberately M.A.D. (Making A Difference) Olugbenga Oyeniyi is the pastor in charge of the Worship Team of His Treasure House Int’l Ministry, Abuja. He is happily married to Blessing, and they are blessed with two children Zoe and Jedidiah.

Richard Ali

Richard Ali, a lawyer, was born in Kano, Nigeria and grew up in the resort town of Jos. He holds an LL.B from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010. He was the youngest magazine Editor in Nigeria at the Kaduna-based Sardauna Magazine [2004—2006].
Author of the warmly received 2012 novel, City of Memories, Richard is also Editor-in-Chief of the Sentinel Nigeria Magazine and was a runner-up at the 2008 John la Rose Short Story Competition. In March 2008, he was selected amongst 50 other emerging Nigerian writers to participate in the British Council’s Radiophonics Workshop. He joined the Sentinel Literary Movement of Nigeria in 2011 and has undertaken the editing of its quarterly Sentinel Nigeria Magazine since then.

In 2011, at the International Convention of the Association of Nigerian Authors, he was elected as Publicity Secretary [North] for a term of two years after having served at the Plateau State chapter for years. Out of a desire to further add to the promising profile of African writing, he formed Nigeria’s newest publishing company, together with Mrs. Azafi Omoluabl-Ogosi in January 2012 Parrésia Publishers Ltd .
Richard has completed a 6-week Residency at the Ebedi Writers Residency Program as well as Chimamanda Adichie’s NBC/Farafina Trust Creative Writing Workshop. He lives in Jos where he practices law and runs an IT-company together with the northern office Parrésia Publishers Ltd where he serves as Chief Operating Officer. He is unmarried and enjoys chess, reading and travelling.
